Taka VIP Terms & Conditions – The Complete Rules Governing Use of Our Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Taka VIP ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("Member", "User"). By registering, logging in, or using any service on Taka VIP, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, separate terms apply if the Cash Out feature is available.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50; the maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
• If a player is withdrawn or a match is cancelled before it begins, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned to your balance.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Taka VIP reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Odds Changes

In live betting, odds change in real time. Your bet will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. However, if there is a delay in processing a significant event (such as a wicket or goal), Taka VIP may review the bet.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Reload bonuses apply to daily deposits; the amount varies depending on the active promotion.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.

The Taka VIP VIP Program has five tiers, determined by betting volume and activity.

VIP tiers are re-evaluated on a monthly basis. Inactivity may result in a tier downgrade.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Taka VIP platform and may result in permanent account termination:

• Operating Multiple Accounts: Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses by the same individual.
• Match fixing or use of inside information: Betting based on fraudulent or unlawful information.
• Arbitrage Betting: Generating risk-free profits through artificial means.
• Using bots or automated software: Operating automated betting systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking or exploiting system vulnerabilities: Exploiting any technical glitch or error on the platform.
